Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. However, during launches, promotions, and public holidays, this may be extended.

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA:

Szep will not be held liable for any customs/duties/taxes related fees that might be incurred from orders travelling from Australia internationally. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PRE-ORDERS 

When ordering pre-order products at the same time as other goods, please note all items within the order will be shipped once the associated pre ordered items are available to ship. If an item is on pre order, all shipping ETA's will be listed within the associated product descriptions.
