Returns Policy

We offer returns for refund or an 110% store credit on full priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • The items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in original condition, with original packaging (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned) will not be accepted.

Please note: full priced items discounted for a promotional period i.e. with a discount code or during a limited time sale, are still eligible for a refund or store credit and not classified as a sale item.


  1. Email our team at your full name, order number and details of your request
  1. Once we receive your email and approve your return, we will provide you with a return form.

  2. Print out the form, fill it in with the appropriate details and place it in the parcel addressed to: ATT: SZEP Activewear 21 – 23 Jets Court Melbourne Airport VIC 3045

  3. Once we have received your returned items in original condition, we will provide you with either an 110% store credit or refund. The store credit will have NO expiry.

Please note: the completed return form must be in your returned parcel. If it is not included, this will delay the return process


Return Shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend obtaining a tracking number as proof of shipment in the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit.

SZEP will not be responsible for any returns which are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Swim & intimate bottoms must be unworn with the hygiene sticker attached to be eligible for return.


If you believe you have received a faulty item please follow the below steps:

  1. Email our team at your full name, order number and photos of the faulty item.

  2. Once we receive your email and the relevant photos are deemed to be Faulty, we will provide you with a replacement or refund on the faulty product subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law plus a refund of shipping costs incurred by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SZEP shall not be liable for any defect or damage to the Product which may be caused, or partly caused, by or arise as a result of:

  • You failing to properly maintain or store the Product;
  • You using the Products for any purpose other than that for which they were designed;
  • You failing to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by SZEP;
  • Fair wear and tear


  • Refunds will be returned to you in the manner you paid for the item. Any items purchased using a SZEP Credit or Voucher, will be returned as a store credit.

  • Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 10 business day of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation at the time your return is received, and again once your return has been processed. Please allow up to five business days for a refund to be visible within your account.


This Returns Policy may be amended from time to time by SZEP, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check our Terms, before making any purchases.
