Terms and Conditions - Win a Luxury Escapes Dream Holiday Competition

  1. Eligibility:

  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and above.

  3. Employees of SZEP and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  4. Entry Period:

  5. The competition begins on Thursday 25/1/2024 and ends on Wednesday 28/2/2024 midnight.

  6. Entry Requirements:

  8. Multiple entries per person are allowed.

  9. Prize:

  10. The prize consists of a gift voucher worth $5000 for use on Luxury Escapes.com to book a dream holiday package.

  11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

  12. The winner is responsible for any additional costs exceeding the value of the gift voucher.

  13. Winner Selection:

  14. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  15. The draw will take place on 29/2/2024 and the winner will be notified via [email/social media] within [number] days.

  16. Claiming the Prize:

  17. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification.

  18. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

  24. SZEP reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions or that are deemed fraudulent.

  26. SZEP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason.

  27. Consumer Law:

  28. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other statute where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms to be void.

  29. Liability:

  30. SZEP is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions that may occur.

  31. Law and Jurisdiction:

  32. These terms and conditions are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the laws of Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
